Alternator strap
This alternator strap came on my 993 when I purchased it 5 years ago. I'm curious where it was manufactured and if someone on this board knows who makes them. Thanks.

that thought did cross my mind as well but it does not look glued on. Where can I find a badge/emblem like that if I wanted to replace this faded one? Thanks.

Its hard to tell if its riveted on? If its glued I would not like it on my engine...too much vibration and if it falls off, god knows where it goes. Worse case, through the fan (although it would have to travel quite a bit to get there..).

following the engine cleaning instructions on Sunday. I'll get there sooner or later - one bottle of simple green and 303 at a time.
