My car is has been religiously maintained its entire life, and the front bumper looks exactly like the 993TT in the auction. You see, 1) black cars show stone chips VERY easily, and 2) this is what happens when you actually drive your car, rather than sit in your garage and wipe it with kleenex every weekend.

Been listed here before. The shop where I had my clutch done (Dougherty's) did all the work on that car. I asked a guy there about it. He turned slightly pale, and said, "it's very fast. Very."
In the mid-$50s, it starts to get very hard to resist. What's better, an all original 40k mile turbo with those sacred factory parts (ready to fail tomorrow), or a 70k mile turbo that's had everything fixed? Don't worry, I know the answer is the former... here.
I'd contact the seller directly, vs. "Car Connection" whatever that is. I'm sure there's a few $k between the owner and them.

Don't start throwing stones at garage queens
I thought that the pictures were honest representations of the car. Was the engine redone in '06 or '07. The add says both. Why would the owner spend that much money rebuilding the engine (at 70k miles) and then sell it (at 70.7k miles). It's not even broken in yet! Too fast? I think I'll go 993 turbo shopping today or Monday. There's 2 out that way. Anybody know this (http://http://www.cars.com/go/search...2&aff=national) car?

All the more reason I will not have a black car.

My car has been religiously maintained since I got it and the front bumper and hood look about like this car. And the windshield is cracked right now, the second one in three years.
If I was selling this car I would tell you that it has been maintained well and driven like a sports car. No use wasting the time of someone who wants a garage queen. And I have nothing against garage queens. If I had the money and space there are a few cars I would love to have as 'art'.
When I look at the ad I fantasize about flying out there and driving it home all the way acros the USA.

That's nothing a little respray can't fix. My car is going into the shop tomorrow on a rock chip claim for front end respray and new windshield. Whoever buys it from me is going to get a nice queen-looking driver.
