Andreas - I will get the 3M product - lotsa time - now I got to stand in line to get the parts painted - I phoned around and it's at least 4 weeks. Damn I guess I'll be driving around without the spoiler.....
But looking at the spoiler now I realize it may look best as Cabrio993 did and get the "scoop" painted as well - if I only could see some pictures to compare.

Here a picture from "Caveman" posted several years ago:
This picture helped me decide to leave the "scoop" black - I just think it would look better that way as it blends in with the dark area of the engine bay.
