I recently received an order from Sunset Porsche and among the order was the revised Kinematic Clutch Pedal Lever. And I'm just checking the Part number between the label on the bag and the stamped number on the lever.
The number on the bag would be the correct updated #993 423 519 03 but the stamped number on the lever is #993 423 519 00
Should I ignore this discrepancy? This is the black lever.
Anyone ran into this issue before?

That should be the right one -- I have recently removed two and the orgininals are .01 and .02 as one car was a 95, the other a 96.
The .01 is gold in color, the .02 is black. FYI

From what I read there is no 04
The following from the p-car.com site:
"The newest part number for the kinematic lever is 993.423.519.03, apparently Porsche had a total of 4 different updates for this lever. Defective part numbers are 993.423.519.00 or 993.423.519.01 (gold color). The improved parts are 993.423.519.02 or 03 (olive color)"
I'll check with them in the AM just to be sure.
