My friend had a Nogaro blue B5 S4 (until it got stolen) and the blue in his car was darker than the blue in mine. The Porsche's color changes depending on the light conditions, but in the sun, you can really see the difference between the two.

No, actually I just bought a Turqouise Blue 993 two days ago and upon seeing a picture of the car, my friend said hey, thats the S4 blue! Strangely, being an Audi owner for the past 8 years, I have never connected this color to the S4. I guess because there arent any in that color here in Hong Kong. But never the less, great colors and I love them!
