Does anyone know definatively whether all 1996 US market C4Ss came equipped with MO30 suspension from the factory?

If not, was it an option?

Just trying to find out to resolve a classing question for zone 8 competition rules.

the "030" was an option. My car has it, but its the US option which includes the bigger sway bars (22/20mm). The shocks and springs are standard NA crap with USA Standard heights: Front 174mm, Rear 157mm.

My 96' 4S did not come with the 030 option so IMO it was an option and just because you have a 96' 4S didn't mean you got the package.
Without the 030 option my 4S came with the standard sways.

When I do my Bilsteins soon, I ordered the sways that came with the 030 package as part of my upgrade. As Sam correctly states above my new sways will be 22/20mm.

If someone has the colour schemes for the 030 sways, I would like to know what they are, just to confirm 100% that what I said is accurate.

If by color schemes you are referring to the paint markings on the springs I don't think the sways have that.

I could be wrong and maybe someone else will chime in, but yes the springs are maked by colored paint...sway bars I don't think so.

You would have to simply measure the material stock thickness of the bar. Stock/OE without the 030 option on the sways is something like 17/19 mm.

Mine are red shocks, & green springs (?).

It does sit lower, mine does have the "sport" suspension package, but I think the springs were added later.
