Looks really nice. For the mileage, mods and condition not an unreasonable price.

Here's the info I got back from my inquiry, fwiw:

Scott,

Two buyers made full asking price offers over the weekend subject to the findings of a PPI which was completed today by S-Car-Go in San Rafael. I'm waiting to hear back from the buyers regarding their offers following their review of the inspection report.

The PPI found several issues which I listed below:

1. Oil leak from left cam housing seal

2. Oil leak from left bottom valve cover gasket

3. Recommend clutch replacement

4. Replace front and rear hood shocks

5. 4 wheel alignment

6. replace rear spoiler wall

7. Replace alternator pulley with upgraded parts

I got this response:

The car can be seen in San Rafael, California which is located 12 miles north of San Francisco.

I have two offers at my asking price of $54,995 subject to a PPI which is being done today by S-Car-Go Racing in San Rafael (www.scargoracing.com). The preliminary findings from the PPI include the following:

1. Recommend clutch replacement. The clutch engages late in the travel of the clutch pedal. Repair estimate is $2,500.00

2. Oil leak from a rocker arm cover gasket.

3. Oil leak from cam housing. Repair estimate is $1,200.00

4. Struts that hold up rear engine cover need to be replaced.

I'm waiting to get a copy of the final report before negotiating further with the two buyers who have made offers subject to the PPI.
