I'm glad y'all enjoyed the tour! I was beat by the end of the day. It's a lot of pressure leading such a beautiful group of cars!! I had a blast and it was great to meet so many of my fellow Rennlisters. Sorry you got sick CJ. SteveNC - I'll see you in the neighborhood!

Hello to all. I have been on many Porsche runs from Texas , CA, WA and ID and this one was the best. It was the best for several reasons. One the route was done in such detail you were allowed to focus on driving not were you were going. A big THANK YOU goes to Andrienne this was the best layed route ever. You did a wounderful job, Not sure if they give awards for this but you should receive them all. Second going to this event not knowing anyone but only sharing a love for Porsches and one Lotus the people you loved as much as the cars. This was a great group of cars and people!! I hope very soon we can all do this again. I wish we could have met everyone at 9am instead of noon. Coming in from Tyler friday night with rain the cars got very dirty so at 9am we were washing cars at the local car washing place. Not very many people at the place when its in the 30s. I hope everyone had a safe trip back .
Thanks Mike for showing me how to get back to the hotel and the little added sprited run to end the day. Thanks again to everyone see ya soon.

Baron

Many many thanks for a fantastic day! Adrienne was the perfect leader and and host-what a ride. As has been mentioned, after a drive up in the rain and sleet, Saturday dawned cold and clear. Great day for a drive. I don't know how Adrienne found these side roads (Goggle Earth was mentioned) but they were absolutely perfect for Porsches. Lots of vertical and horizontal manipulation and who needs the Dakar Ralley with Hill Country streams to ford. It was great to meet all of the other listers and see the variety of cars-supercharged 993, sure, and stealth too. Not to mention RUF, turbos, GT3, and trying to follow a Lotus through the turns-wow.

I can't wait to do it again with this hard charging group.

Once more a thousand thanks to Adrienne!

Al

It is a sweet ride, when the wheels are rolling they are something to see. Mel definatley had me beat in the corners.
