I am overwhelmed by the comments from the board. I take great pride in them.

AC993C2S, The cage is a Heigo. Your car looks sweet. And your 2,683 lbs weight is wonderful. How much fuel would be on-board?

David, The clear turn indicator lights were on the car when I got it, and Gemballa aka Continental Motor Sports did all the work.

Tonga,
top it off with the Rennsport Steering wheel to match your Rennsport shifter!

Chris,
I can only repeat what everyone else is saying, that is a beautiful make-over with fantastic level of attention to detail. I am really interested to hear your thoughts on the KW suspension, maybe you are the first 993 Rennlister to choose this set-up? It's a variant 3?

Many thanks rusty993. On the KWs, which are variant 2s, I cannot give a meaningful impression. My suspension has too many other variables which has been revised including a number of GT2 Evo parts. With the exception of part of the KW kit, there is no rubber in my suspension so it is unforgiving when it comes to poor surfaces. Comfort is not advanced by the absence of springs and minimal padding of the Recaros. Now when I step into my WRX, it feels Lexus smooth! Also I am still yet to drive the car in anger and have not had enough seat time. All I can say is that I was fearing worse, and while the whole package is very firm I am happy with it. This is said from a driver's viewpoint. A passneger who does not have the benefit of anticipating jolts and a steering wheel to hold on to, nor the thrill of driving an animal, may have a very different opinion. I am yet to take someone with me.

Lastly, my mechanic, who use to recommend PS9s is now a very big fan of KW. Hope this helps a little!

Stanley & daveHy, sorry I missed your posts and thanks for the nice words. I cannot say what the HP is as my tuner only uses his dyno to compare before & afters. 9m typically would get 360hp and importantly if my memory serves me well 410nm of torque but whether I am getting this I do not know. Here are two shots of the business end.

All the best,

Hi Chris, long time no see. We met up last in Honkers probably in 2008. Have my 993 with me in Perth now. Glad to hear all is well with you and the beast.

regards
Alan
