Feeler: What are these 7.5" and 9" Cup II's worth?
Hi all,
Having just refinished a set of twists, I have my Cup IIs sitting around the garage. I know the standard 7 & 9's go for $6-800 depending on condition. These have 7.5" wide fronts, but are a 993 part number.
These are in excellent shape (no scratches or curbing) and have Bridgestone Potenza SO-3 Pole Positions tires with many miles left on them (front and rear). They were refinished by the previous owner (I have the receipt). What do you guys think? I need to raise some funds for a new suspension!

The 7.5s are rare. If perfect and round (which as I learned you can't assume just because they look nice and the local gas station says they're fine), maybe $800 or so for just that pair.
You might have better luck selling to a 928 or 968 owner. They require an awkward spacer on 993s--either a 7mm with (barely) stock studs, or a thicker one with longer studs. By the time you add up the weight, cost and time for the spacers, the fact that you can buy very nice, light replicas in a perfect 993 offset for $500 a pair makes them a tougher sell here.
