Hans - What you have is the "slim style" ballasts and you will be able to fit that into the headlight assembly easily. The black box is the ignitor (which are built into the larger, earlier generation ballasts) and those will also fit inside the assembly....you just need to manipulate the wires a bit when packing it all in as some of the cables are a bit stiff.
