I just noticed this organized ride to the mountains. I am a day late to participate in that ride but would be interested in another.

I live in Sandy Springs and frequent the "loop" through Helen, north over the mountain, east and past the entrance to Brasstown Ball, crossing the second mountain and then to Suches, and south to Dahlonega (and Hwy 400 S). It's a 175 mile cruise from my house and a great ride.

The weather sound be perfect today, and the traffic should be light.

Yes, we had a blast!!! As I always say, we need to do this more often. I was back home at 11:00am feeling fully refreshed!
