Looks great!
We put all black in the front of our showroom when we moved in:

Let me caution you on one thing: when you park try to make sure you're wheels are straight. When they're turned, they create "pressure" trying to move slightly to center. We've had issues with the tiles beginning to buckled up.

Then again, maybe we didn't do a good enough job installing the tile to begin with That's always possible

Looks very nice.

I haven't clue about this- what are the pros and cons of tiles vs. epoxy floor?

Tiles have a slight insulating factor, are a little softer to walk on and when damaged are easily replaced. Downsides - they will slightly discolor from tires, jackstands will dig into the tile.

How do you guys keep your garage floor so clean? I installed the Motofloor (from Costco) and it always gets dirty. Every spring I scrub the floor down and clean it, but in a few weeks it's dirty again. I will NEVER do black and white checkers again. Next house will be gray.

You'd have to check the adhesive directions.

Yes, when wet - but not much worse than a painted floor.

I have lain over 900 square feet of VCT (Vinyl Composite Tile) following the instructions of the many links on the site. I have sealed, waxed and shined.

The final cost will be under a grand. I still get to rent a 17-inch high-speed polisher to put the final touch and mirror like finish on it.

Thanks Marc and Steve.... I owe you guys one

Oh Duh! I was hoping maybe they were some sort of Industrial strength' tile:^) Thick and tuff. You can buy the smaller 12X12 commercial grade tiles in home despot now in all kinds of cool colors including black.
