Because due to the very high taxation you find very few almost-classic cars like the 993.
"New money" buys a new 997 Turbo (300 thousand Euros a pop if you are interested), "old money" and in my case "some money" looks for opportunities if they are really keen.
I checked quite a few and none of them seemed and drove like this one; almost new. That's the reason my friend.
