Default Having a baby, Selling the 993 :(

1995 993 C2 cab. Grand Prix White with Gray Interior and top. 41,472 miles, 2000 miles on the new 18 wheels and sport contact II tires and I also have the original 16" wheels. I have all the original papers since the car was new and the original parts. I have added the RSR mufflers, Weltmeister strut bar, Clear turn signals, MA Shaw turbo ducts, New cab top, Pioneer 6 ½ front and 5 ¼ rear speakers without cutting anything. The car does not have any scratches, dings, or rock chips. I have never drove the car in the rain. Serious inquiries please PM with your questions or request for more photos, by the way Robin Sun can give a second option. My membership has just expired so I can't post photos. I will email you photos if you PM me. Asking 42K

If you're trying to give it away...$34k is right on the money.

Sounds like a beautiful example...good luck with the sale and congrats on the new addition to your family.

Unless the OP asked for a pricing assessment, it's considered polite to not make any judgments about price.

Good luck with the sale. I think you have to be a member anyway to sell anything here. Most importantly, congrats on the baby!

Clean car- glad you got a sale going!

Sad you are selling it because a baby is on the way. We are expecting our first in March (a girl- we found out yesterday), and I have no plans to get rid of the 993!!!!!

Sorry to hear your car is going. I took delivery of mine while holding my 3-month old, who's 10 months now. Then again, I have 3 other kid-friendly cars and parking for all. Not the case for everyone.

Good call. Our son is 3 1/2 now and his favorite car to ride in is daddy's Porsche. He gets really excited everytime we take it out. Especially when it's just him and me (no mom).

Understand the need to sell though... especially if the Porsche is a primary vehicle used everyday. Just not very practical.

Good luck with the sale.

Actually the car stays in the garge most of the time. I just see myself not able to drive it much when the baby comes.

Well we find ours a great break from parenting. I take it out to get out of the house, or my wife and I take it out on "date nights". With one child and our schedules we do find time to enjoy the car. Just something to consider before it's gone.
