So did anyone here end up lifting this thing for $22K? I talked to the seller a few times, and it sounded like there was very significant interest in it. Great bones, mechanically correct per the shop he had his electrical system serviced at, and lousy paint and top.
Still, for $22K, that's a lot of "margin of safety", as Warren Buffet would say.

Didn't see this earlier. Thanks for looking our for me though! I did see this car, if it were local sure I'd find time to go check it over.
BUT as I posted elsewhere, by the time you're through screwing around with it (even with me doing most everything myself) you've got a 60K car that's MAYBE a couple of thousand less than what a nice car with a paper trail goes for.
And then someone is going to have to live with that color........
