IMHO, I think $55 is a bit too much.
Just an FYI.... I bought my C4S with 10K miles on it two years ago for less than that. |

not to get off topic, but what do ppl think a '97 C4s with 35K miles is worth (bone stock, with motor sound package, generally in good shape, 9/10). It seems like asking prices for the 993 have skyrocketed in the last 5 months. e.g., there are a lot of 50K mile cars asking $55-$60K. seems like there are a lot of fishermen out there.

This C4S is a permanent establishment on the SFBay Craigslist.
Price is too high still. Despite the "Firm" pricing the price has crept down from a high of $62K down to the current $59K. Still doubt that the seller would let it go for a fair price. |
I've got to say, that even as an avid 993 fan, these asking prices just don't make sense. You're starting to see even low milage '01 and '02 996 turbo coupes hit the high 50s. That would be an awfully big pill to swallow, knowing that you could get a 996 turbo with 27K miles (here) or 30K miles (here) for essentially the same price.
