hmmm, could be the LWF. The sound is prominent when in neutral, with the clutch petal depressed, the sound goes away. does the LWF sound like a rock bouncing around?

I am a litigation attorney in Long Beach and the best way to deal with this problem is to have a lawyer and his investigator contact the merchant. He should be told to just hand over the transmission the way it is and call it even and then I can recommend a brilliant porsche mechanic to fix it the correct way. He specializes in 993. The key at this point is to just get yours back. Have you paid him any money yet?
