Sell your 993 and buy a BWM. Or Honda. Heck, who cares, just sell your 993 before you go debasing it.

I enjoy keyless go on a Lexus and an MB. Even a lowly Renault rental in Europe. I don't think it is asking too much of the company that invented the left key slot for Le Mans starts to do the same.

I imagine the person about to be mugged would appreciate not having to fumble for his/her keys to unlock the door and get going.

I doubt Porsche is loosing any sales - not mine anyway - by not having keyless go, BT and Sat radio. But they need to think about the increasingly GT audience we old geysers are becoming.

Lynx, that wouldn't help your problem one bit, my car still has it's ignition at the far left. What do you want, two cars in your garage that you have trouble starting? That's just nuts man!

Well keyless is different. Many push-button-start systems, like Lotus, still require you to insert your key and turn it...then reach over and press the Start button once you're sure the key is in the right position. Rather silly, for sure.

Like you, I'm sure Porsche will go keyless eventually.
