This car sounds like a money pit. I understand the appeal of a more updated body, turbo engine, etc., but the more that is significantly modded/"Frankenporsched", the more potential for problems. I agree with the others that you should go for something more conventional for your first p-car.

An all original, in good condition, older model is the way to go IMO.
Reminds me that I saw a VW disguised as a Ferarri Berlinetta Boxer two days ago.....simply pathetic as was its driver. Don't BE him!
