LOL.. I suspect if the car is "right", it is worth a few bucks more that $27K. But then again, pricing discussions on this board can be fun.

"i sold it" caters to the non-web-saavy older set or the "I'm too damn busy/important" group. Either way, they're generalists who have no idea what this old rich guy(?) has, so I wouldn't worry too much about a scruffy, amateurish ad.

You would prefer a slick, painted lady at Victory?

Speaking of, I'm sure his boiler room is on the phone trying to grind the price with an hourly employee at isoldit as we speak!

Nice! But still, even for "i sold it", those are some pretty crappy shots. Looks like they gave a monkey a camera and set him loose. Which reminds me of something my dad used to always say: Never use a monkey to take pictures. I don't care what he says, they will turn out awful.

Nah, there's nothing wrong with the backseats. It's an odd looking pic, though. It's not sunroof delete either. Sunroof is clearly visible in one pic.

Here's the back of a cab for comparison:

I think the sunroof is clearest in the first picture, you can see 2 white lines on the roof line that seem to indicate the reflection of the front and back edges of the sunroof.....unless those lines are in the wrong place for a sunroof(too far forward?)

Yeah, if you click on enlarge this picture on Ebay you can clearly see the sunroof in pic 19. Also, pick 5 shows the license plate, last re-registered in '05. Whoever is selling this is taking a bath on this, those Ebay resellers take a pretty fair percent from what I've read. Maybe it's an estate sale and the heirs are just getting rid of stuff...

It seems obvious that they did not want to show pics of the front seats. They (the monkey) avoided any angle that would show the seats, while posting pics that show a swatch of the leather. The small amount of the seats you can see show a good bid of wear and creasing. I would expect that a car with 30K in miles would have seats that looked close to new and would be highlighted in the pics. I think it is way too easy to find ways to keep miles off thee cars while driving them.
