I sincerly doubt that he's an IRS agent. All the agents I've met/known have been highly professional and definately not volatile, thin-skinned whiners.

If he isn't lying, he just admitted to an ethics violation. Tax audits are not supposed to be performed for the purpose of exacting revenge for personal disputes and imposing unnecessary costs. In fact, it would show bias that would undermine the Government's case should the audit identify a potential violation.

I cannot believe that an IRS agent would actually go on record and state that he will get revenge, UFB. I suppose that by sending this response I should expect to be his next target? I would like to see this clown kicked off Rennlist. We don't need members who think nothing of committing a felony. I'll get down from my soap box now........
