new german baby!
well an adopted german baby. been looking for a bit and just put a deposit down on this stunning 993. its got 42k miles but looks very well taken car of. even nicer in person. ive been looking for a bit and my wife and i really wanted white. a local lambo dealer has the car so they also helped me out with the car i just sold towards the tax difference. so im not paying tax on the car. i got them down to 38k seems like a fair deal but not great!. it recently had updated service performed. Seals, clutch, belts & new top along with 3M front, sides & rear.
what do you guys think? did i pay a fair price? does anyone know this car?

Probably a little on the high side, but I would not be remorseful in the least. 42K miles is still pretty low, especially for these cars, and between the clear side markers, the two tone seats, the wheels, the steering wheel and shifter, the carbon fiber, and the stereo, you have a lot of goodies thrown in. Best of all, lit ooks like you have a suspension mod, too! My guess is with all that, the basic maintenance on the car was not skimped on, either. You did well.

I think it's great. I've seen other 95 cabs in this price range, although not for certain what the selling price was. Lots of goodies included. I'd say nice deal.

Nice car. It's different than most white cabs that I've seen, in a very tasteful way. I like the use of black and carbon fibre trim contrasting with the white paint, not to mention the black wheels.
It does look like stock U.S. height, with big wheels filling up the wells. A lot of Rennlisters lower their 993s with H&R coil over springs and Bilstein shocks.
Not sure how much you could lower it with those big wheels. If it has stock shocks, I'm sure the ride would improve even if it wasn't lowered that much (stock Monroes=not good). I have stock 17 inch wheels and a very low setup, which works for me.
Enjoy your new ride!

I love it. I think it's fair if the maint. has been done with records and a clean history. enjoy, hope you have some extra scratch for all the mods you'll want to do.
