I don't think that striping makes the car look cheery or jovial, so no, not gay.
Doesn't look right, though. The originals followed a natural body line in the front and rear bumpers.

That white/green looks good. If you're going to run the script, you've got to include some other highlights like the wheels or mirrors, etc., imho. Along w/ the lowered ride height of course.

Didn't pay attention to the interior color of your car. If its red or blue then I'd match the decal/wheel combo with that. Otherwise any color is free game.
