Hello,
OK, this is a weird one. When I turn, sometimes my horn will honk. or if you lightly touch it it will honk. Anyone have any ideas what could be the cause?
Any idea how to fix it? It doesn't happen everytime I turn, just once and a while, also it always seems to be when I am going slow...

It could be a loose contact, a bad clockspring, or one or more of the little rubber isolation bushings in the airbag retention frame have probably gone bad. This requires you to replace the frame, or modify it with some foam placed behind it to keep the contact from being made inadvertently. I think that I remember seeing someones pictures who did this once, but couldn't find them. Read THIS , THIS and THIS .

If you search a bit more, basically there is a plate with rubber grommets in the steering wheel. They wear, and the plate gets loose and honks. Most peoples' have manifested as honking under heavy braking. I think my guy fixed it for $80, but many have done DIY.
