That is truly a great gift...a very lucky man.

Jeff, know what you mean about your daughter...mine is 2 and she knows her Porsches...cars are either Porsches or taxis. There is nothing like having your 2yr old in the back seat, top down saying, "Weeee!!!! Faster Daddy, Faster!!!" That's my girl!

Ok this post may sound a bit of the wall, but I am an artist, so this is how I think. . .
I love it. She knows the car, it comes through.
I paint, abstract, (amfabrik.com) and have a great love of works done by children, I find the expression so pure and unencumbered by societal structure. However, I notice that by age 6 or 7 kids tend to pick up this structure and become self conscious and it limits their innate expression.
Im not trying to say that your daughter is some prodigy or anything, maybe she is amazingly talented, maybe she isn't, but at 10 years old she is able to nail the vibe of the car- At least it sure does come across to me in what I see in what she has done, and that is what art is about, communicating feeling.
That painting totally conveys to me someone who gets the importance of the car, whether to her, or to her father, the energy of that feeling comes across on canvas.
By the way, what are the dimensions of the canvas?

+1 on what Andrew said...I get paid to draw for a living, and that's a fantastic painting! She caught the likeness, so to speak...Tell your daughter we're ALL proud!
