Maybe its just me but everytime I go to rennlist I feel home here at the 993 forum Since I became a member I rarely go to the 996 gt2/3 or even the 993 turbo forums. and I just got my 993 na recently. Love this forum I dont care what I drive I learned more and most of you guys are my family here I just recently realized that all this time I was in the wrong forum (Duh). Im driving a black 993tt. Heck I love it here and here is where you can find me.

This is my home on the web too, no doubt. Great forum top to bottom, every member adds to the mix in some way.

Nothing beats this forum Alvin. I am an addict of this place. I have a link to this 993 forum on all my computers and have my control panel as my home page. I hit refresh on this forum over and over throughout the day. The OT forum is fun to browse too, especially the "I'd hit it" thread.

The 993 forum doesn't seem to be as active as it was, say, a year ago.

I think many 993 guys moved on to 996 and 997 GT3's, etc.

I would say the 993 and 996Turbo forums are the most active

Ten years ago, I used to hang out at the antique tractor forum. RL's 993 forum is a worthy successor.

What higher praise can I offer?

Alvin,

Well said. Since I own a Ruf I'm like a homeless on these forums. I don't belong in any group. But I love... No LUUUUUUUUUUUUV the 993 Forum.

So may I stay? Please, pretty please.

I gotta say, this forum is awesome. I have easily recouped my investment already towards becoming a member by the following actions:

- Found a great local shop that offers discounts to PCA members (Don's Autowerks- saved at least $80+ from other quotes, and my A/C blows chilly)
- Ordered new 993 manual and extra key fob from Sunset Imports (easy transaction, saved at least $60+ from retail)
- Read through entire said manual and RL late last night, programmed current and extra key fob in under 10 minutes (saved $75 from dealer quote, programming price per fob)

I'm sure the list will just continue to go on and on, but it's amazing what a valuable resource, and most importantly, just how down to earth the members are here. I hope I can gain a fraction of the knowledge amongst this forum, as it's already leaps beyond what most auto forums seem to provide.

Thank you all.
