What a cool thread. Thing is Jerry can drive ANY car he wants, and he is still driving the 993. Definition of: timeless classic I guess.

The 993 that Jerry is driving is his Mexico Blue European Carrera 4S. After 9 years, Sam and Jerry finally succeeded in getting the car 100% U.S./California legal, so it was one of his first drives in the car. To commemorate the fact that it's the very last air cooled 911 ever built, Porsche decided to put just "911" on the rear lid.

Me neither. But cultural literacy demands that you rent all the Seinfeld episodes on DVD and watch them immediately. That show gave new meaning to so many phrases, or supplied one where there was none before:

"Yada yada yada!"

"NO SOUP FOR YOU!"

"I'm master of my domain."

"Maybe a dingo ate your baby?"

"Festivus for the rest of us"

...and so on.

Good question Leander. I started taking the pics as I was approaching the car before I knew who was driving. I'm sure I would have taken the pics but not sure if I would have posted them had it not been Seinfeld. This particular car is very unique regardless of the owner and I'm a 993 geek so who knows.

I love the color. and love the way everything around the car in the series of pictures is very dark & gloomy - all you see is that beautiful blue 993.
