Default Central FL - where to get wheels refinished?

Anyone have any good shops to refinish wheels? I picked up a set of MY02 5 spokes that have some rash on them and have no idea where to take them in the Central Florida area that is reputable. Never had to refinish a wheel.

Any advice is greatly appreciated

Try this person. They have done work on my wife's MB a few years ago and I was satisfied.

Would be willing to do the work yourself. There is a good DIY thread on:

Justin,

Here are two restoration shops in Florida. I have not used them myself but they were recommended to me by very reliable sources.

seriously thinking of the DIY method. Think I'll try on the cheap knock-off's that are on the car now as they also have some curb rash. Has anyone done the DIY way yet?

so every place that seems to carry Wurth products is out of the silver wheel paint. Anybody know where I can purchase some?

Ok ...Just had my wheel done at Orlando Porsche.....hes a mobile guy who goes in every wednesday, you just ring the dealership.

I didnt get to meet him but it was a very nice job, I also got a dent guy to take to micro dents out of another car....same deal.

Hope that helps

Now any ideas on an interior refurbishment detailer specialist ?????

I was about ready to post that Porsche of Orlando had a guy who does them right at the dealership. My SO has been wanting to get her 996TT wheels done and had talked to them about doing it. Glad to hear they did a good job.

what was the cost involved at the dealer in Orlando if you dont mind me asking? I have some minor curb rash and a few scratches on the new wheels but nothing major by any means.

I've already ordered the stuff to do it myself but am admittedly a bit nervous about it
