I too have been searching for that fan hub bearing. All without success thus far, but I also noted that the single row 7 mm wide bearings are common. Like you, I wondered about doubling two of the common size bearings.

As it is, I have two of the double row bearings on hand, and so will probably never get around to trying a pair of single rows. Certainly would be interested though if someone gives it a try.

I take it that you mean that you have two double-row bearings on hand that came with the bearing hub.

I've got one if you want it. Bought it off another member then ended up replacing fan and it came with one.

any machine shop would be able to press it in or you could do it yourself with generic bearing install tools. If the link above is the actual bearing, I can't believe its not a sealed unit.

I will never buy anything from you again. Your steering wheel sold to me a few years ago was beyond beat. I was traveling overseas for work when the package arrived and opened it over a month later. Decided to just eat it and let it go.

Oh wow. I was unaware of that completely. A simple PM or any mention of that to me would have gone a long way. If you had an issue, mentioning it to the person and giving them a chance to make it right would be helpful instead of blasting them in a public way. I was just going to give you the part. You're still welcome to it, no charge.

Thank you for the offer. Perhaps someone else here can take advantage of your generous offer.
