Default Tires?????

I would buy four new tires of my choice and get someone ( other than the dealer ) that is very good to mount them and take care of balance/alignment.....As you know there is a point where you stop negotiating in a deal.....as Phil pointed out, you are there or about to pass it

Everbody needs to leave the table feelin' reasonably good or bad as the case may be.....My take is you just made an easy $4,000 on your Range Rover .....Also the availibility of this Porsche is getting a bunch of airtime, i.e. Been on the public "radar screen "far to long

Not really. At that price, just buy the car. Maybe ask them for an alignment but that's it. Good luck with the purchase and post pics as soon as you get it.

I pulled the trigger and she is mine. Won't got into all the details now, other than to say the verbally agreed upon price mysteriously increased by $500 (dealer processing fees) when they wrote up the paper work. I refused to pay it and had to go through the usal "let me talk to my manager" charade, with them returning with sad faces and the "sorry that's the best we can do" line. So I dropped the keys on the counter, walked out and called a taxi. The manager had a miraculous change of heart before the taxi arrived and I got the car for $31K.

Will post pictures as soon as I can get my hands on my digital camera. Now I'm off into rush hour traffic for a weekend escape. At least I'll be in a Porsche right?

Thanks again to all the advice and wisdom offered on the board. I look forward to being an active Rennlist member.

Funny how that works, huh? Hey best of luck, enjoy the new ride!
