How does your car feel at speed?
At 110-140mph my car starts to feel "loose" and loses its rock solid feel. I have S front end with HD Bilsteins and lowered to RoW.
Must be aerodynamics or the quality of the road, because up to there and on corners at 60-90 the car is inert and pleasure to drive.
A bigger (say S) wing out back isn't going to help is it?

before fine tuning the front alignment, loose.
after fine tuning the front, rock solid.
we are talking toe-in here, not camber or caster.

Good suggestions. Guess I'll start with alignment.
Should I go with Porsche spec or is that out the door with the suspension changes?
Geo- what are you running?

Check engine tray off , check wheel aligment , check corner balance , check tires are A+ condition , check tire air pressure good , check Gembella wing and road n traffic condition good . She is good to go 165 miles/hr and a bit more . Nasty, nasty , nasty that`s all I can say .

Engine tray is off. Tire pressures are gtg. Nay to the Gemballa body coachwork.
Must be alignment ( or tires- P Asymetricos).
Its a bit too lively north of 110 or so, so somethings not right. By process of elimination ( and with all of your help) Ill figure it out

you would need to define "loose". is it floaty or the steering wheel shaky, or what?... i have taken mine to about 140mph on deserted highway and it feels like a rock.... where mine feels loose is over rough payment at lower speeds

I am having the same problem at those speeds. I thought it was the lack of a lip spoiler. For you folks who are solid at those speeds, do you have the standard "nose"?, or did you add a lip spoiler?

Just this past Saturday, I was re-reading a portions of Paul Frere's excellent "Porsche 911 Story." In one chapter, he goes through the development of body style and addresses the front and rear spoilers and their effect on lift.
I don't know if this applies in your case, but he stated that the use of only one of a matched set of components had an adverse effect on the handling of the car at high speed. So much so that at one point, Porsche wouldn't sell one type of front spolier without the corresponding rear spoiler being put on the car.
He specifically stated that adding a larger front spoiler without balancing it out with a larger rear spoiler moved the center of gravity of the car forward (More weight on the front end) and caused lift at the rear end. The increased lift at the rear would cause "wandering" at high speeds.
I'm not saying that's what is causing your problem, but it might be worth considering if alignment doesn't fix the problem and nothing else pops up.
