Default Right turn signal light staying on (dash and bulb)

This is not the not-so-well-known feature where you can park the car with the turn signal on and the turnsignal bulb will stay lit to warn other drivers that the car is there.

I started the car tonight and the right turn signal arrow in the tach stayed lit up green, and the bulb (front and rear) stayed lit (no flashing, just lit). Can not make it shut off regardless of the stalk position.

Tried moving around the turn signal stalk to see if it was a bad contact, had no luck. Don't see a turn signal relay in the fuse box, either. Pulled the fuses for front and rear left turnsignal bulbs to try and save the battery; green light in the tach stays lit even with the car shut off.

Any ideas?

Don't know if this will work, but how about hitting the hazard lights for a few blinks - or to see if the directionals blink?

Vic, Sounds like a logic problem.
An easy reset would be to disconnect the battery for a few minutes.
I am just guessing here but it would be my next move.

I did try the hazards, Brian, both arrows lit up and stayed solid. The other side directional works normally, though.

Dave, I'll give that a shot this morning.

If I knew where the relay was, I'd give it a good tap and see if it corrects itself.

Just went out and checked the car, turn signal light was off. Battery is okay. Replaced fuses for blinker lights and everything works properly. Hmmm.

I'm going to replace the relay anyway; if anyone's looking for it, you can pull gauge on the far left of the dash and reach right in there; first (tall) relay is for the key warning buzzer, behind that is the relay for the blinker.
