Default RIm Center cap removal tool availability?

Is there a tool made to remove the painted center caps on the rims?
I see there are two holes on the cap, so I assume there must be a tool that fits in these holes.
Any ideas where the tool may be purchased from?
I really hate to use a small screwdriver for fear of scratching the cap and or rim.
Thanks in advance.

How about a small L-shaped allen wrench? Insert the short end into the center cap then pull.

What Eric said...and thin coat hanger wire bent in L shape works wonders too.
