Anyone have both a 993 and 996? Opinions requested.

Porsche sold more 996's because the market for "expensive" cars was much better than when the 993 was ripe, not because they preferred 996's. In fact, most Porsche enthusiasts were very disappointed in the headlights and rear flair removal. I do agree however, that the 996 is every bit as good and in many ways "better (by some peoples standards)" than the 993 as a quality vehicle. I don't think you can beat a 996 in value for $ as a used car since they are depreciating rapidly and the cause is primarily cosmetic. Used 996's are awsome value.
