Have been away, so have not had time to attend to this post, sorry.
I am happy to help out having already talked to Gert about this.
The only problem I can forsee is having to sort through everyone's questions about sizing/colors/fit/etc....
IMO, I think this will be one of those things where everyone has to do their own research, be sure of what they want (size, color, leather, stitching, alum, cf, etc) and then put their order down. Then one person can present the list to 2-3 vendors and see what we get.

Just was on the FVD website which is European, so it's difficult to tell some of the wheels apart, except for the model numbers.
1} 340mm "Daytona GT" FVD347003-all leather, air bag, perforations- $1070.
2} 340mm "Daytona GT" FVD347003P-all leather, air bag, perforations- $1280.
3} 340mm "Daytona Race GT" FVD347005-all leather, air bag, perforations- $1184
4} 340mm "Daytona Race GT" FVD347005P-all leather, air bag, perferations- $1340
5} 340mm "Silverpfiel" FVD012- all smooth leather, air bag- $845.
6} 340mm "Freeway" FVD347023- all leather, air bag, perforations- $897.
Adaptors
1} plastic FVD347170181- $171.
2} leather FVD3471701811- $186.
All prices on the FVD site are per their conversion rates from Euros to dollars.

All these wheels are all leather. All are perforated in the grip areas except the "Siverpfiel" which is completely smooth leather.
The "Siverpfiel" and "Freeway" are the least expensive at $802. and $897 respectively.
The Daytona GT and Race Datona's go from$1070 up to $1340.

Except for the different leather, these wheels all look the same. Page descriptions do not cite any other differences, but the price differences must be for something. One of the sellers should be able to differentiate for us. I want one of these when the seller tells us the difference.

Just an FYI... I was part of a GB on my FVD SW (340mm) last year. I can't remember exactly how much I paid but it was no more than $800 and that included shipping and the leather hub. I believe that my FVD SW is the all leather Daytona (without perforations).

Ok, this is the latest info that I can figure out by going to the Carnawal website, taking his Euro figures, going to a currency conversion website, and converting to dollars.
1 Euro = $1.35

340mm Daytona- various stock colors with single accent carbon fiber and deviated stitching, perforated, air bag- 1050 Euros= $1428.
340mm Daytona-various stock colors with deviated stitching, or triple white or black carbon fiber leather combo, or Tiptronic wheel in leather or aluminium, perforated, air bag- 895 Euros= $1217.
340mm Daytona- all leather or triple aluminium accents, perforated, air bag- 495 Euros= $673
340mm Freeway- deeper cut thumb indent,leather, or single accent aluminium, or wood, or carbon fiber, air bag, perforations- 445 Euros= $605
340mm Silberpfeil-all smooth leather, air bag- 395 Euros= $537

Hub {I think plastic} 85Euros= $116

These figures do not include shipping or group discount.

There are other wheels available, but they are different from these. Some are similar but don't look to be of this quality.
