Default Does it Light Up?

I haven't had my 95 for very long - maybe three months. I'm still trying to resolve a strange blinker problem that keeps the rearmost signals on BOTH sides from blinking but the ones on the side and the front work - and the car thinks the bulbs are out,as indicated by the fast blink rate. They don't work with the hazards either. But the brake lights DO work.

Okay okay, not what I really wanted to ask. The light bar in the middle (where the reverse lights are; below the engine lid) - does it ever light up? Mine doesn't seem to - maybe a clue to the problem.

Thanks.
Dave

No, the central "bar" does not light up.... unless you have a European model , in which case there are two red rear Foglamps, and you've forgetten to turn them off...

Sorry not much help...

You have the wire harnesses switched on the lights i.e. take off your light housing and switch the bulb harnesses i.e. bulb connectors

Ask me how I know

OH MI GAWD.

You know, I wouldn't respond out of embarrassment but I'm so excited to have working blinkers that I can't help it!

A dozen P21 bulbs - $6
Two little tubes of dielectric grease - $1
Skipping two days of work to diagnose malfunctioning blinkers - no charge (unless you call my boss)
The copay to see the doctor about my back after stooping over for two days - $40
WORKING BLINKERS - PRICELESS!!!!!

Thanks very much. Probably the most satisfying "modification" I've made to the car so far.
