yeah, i'm not saying it can't be done, and I'm not recommending against it. I'm just saying to be careful and watch the stops. Might be a good idea to adjust the linkage on the engine to compensate for adjustments at the pedal linkage, dunno. But if the throttle is now stopping due to the engine linkage instead of the floor board stop, that could become a big problem. Just be careful.
I use the Wings pedal, so i haven't had to deal with this.

One must have a positive pedal stop after adjusting the pedal height. The throttle cable isnt designed to host tension beyond that of the throttle body.
That said, I have had to raise the throttle pedal on both on my 993's. Makes it a bit easier. Also. while your there, have someone 'floor it' then verify the engine is getting 100% throttle. Tough to do on 96-98 cars, but easy on the 1995. And assume one would know to have the engine off for this check

I adjusted my throttle and stil couldn't reach. My foot is just too small and thin. I recently purchased the Rennline fully adjustable throttle pedal set. I love it! I tried it at the track this past weekend. The dead pedal has great grip, and my feet were firmly planted on the pedals. Heel/toe is easy once properly adjusted.

OK, I appreciate all of the info. Thanks. Like many topics on this forum, however, there appears to be several different opinions (need them, don't need them). If I do decide to purchase pedals, has anyone tried the JMH Performance adjustable pedals Pelican offers as a set. Apparently require no drilling to mount the brake and clutch pedals.
