Thanks much for the heat gun tip. Helped a ton but was still about 3 hours of labor to carefully remove the adhesive. Here are some photos I took along the way.

I received the exact same set last week, the quality is amazing. And at 1/5th the price of OE delivered to your door, can't go wrong...

ALSO, Keith, the gentleman who produces these, is a really stand up guy! I would do biz with him again

These accessories are quite expensive from Porsche, thru dealers, with a list of $899.00 (SunCoast), or $538.00 (Carnwell). There may be other outside vendors with aftermarket styles at a lesser price. Some members here may have a source.

Rennlisters or PCA members may get a discount……….
Thanks, I was thinking these were an aftermarket substitution. I know how pricey the actual porsche versions are.

So they are aftermarket? The only ones I've seen on ebay are aluminum with some sort of vinyl blacking out the entire sill, except the script.

See post #10 for contact info if you'd like to purchase these sills. Send Keith an email. There is a similar post on the 993 turbo forum as well. Seller is great, you may need to be a bit patient but the end result, quality is awesome. They look OEM.

Really nice mod, and Keith was good to deal with! Takes awhile to get the old glue off.

What are you guys using to protect the new sills? Knowing my luck I'm going to drag the heel of my shoe across the "Carrera4S" and scuff it real bad!

I was thinking about getting a clear bra type product installed for protection (not sure how well it would hold up though). probabaly may just order a spare set instead.
