Besides the dealers, and the usual suspects on ebay, where can I get a front Turbo bumper? Carnewal has an aero package, which is way too much for me.
Any input is appreciated.
thanks
Ron
Gert has them listed on his site- first item in the 993 portion of "exterior" section. Includes grill, turn signals and seals. 1300 Euros. If you're upgrading from the standard bumper (non-Turbo), you'll also need the front half of the wheel well liner on each side (~$45 each from Sunset).
Thx Jim re. the wheel well liner.
To everyone else, having looked at this issue myself for the past year, there are 3 options:
1. Buy an aftermarket turbo front bumper in either fiberglass or carbonfibre and take your chances on fit, finish, and post-paint appearance.
2. Buy a used turbo bumper that is very likely missing parts (grill, signals, hardware) and/or cracked.
3. Suck it up and buy from Gert or Sunset.
I'm going with option #3.
I purchased mine from DPS Motorsports in Agoura Hills CA. They have the lights too. Quck delivery and a very fair price IMHO. They advertise in Excellence, some of you SoCal guys might know them.
I paid $1295.00 for a Euro Turbo Bumper from DPS Motorsports. The price did not include delivery of about $45.00. The lights and turbo ducts were extra, aslo purchased from DPS.
