Default Roock RSC 300. Thoughts?

Just found out one of these is for sale. It's said to include:
-- Replace the DME chip
-- Replace the stock exhaust with a hand made stainless steel system
-- Larger throttle body
-- More aggressive cam
-- Redone suspension with H&R springs
-- Speedline, 18" true 3 piece rims (18x8 front, 18x10 rear)

All good for 300HP.

I done some researching, and it seems like as a company, Roock customer service may have been sketchy, but were the cars good? Any known issues, risks or concerns? Are these wheels the same as Supercups?

What is "one of these"?

What is the cost?

It's a '95 993 tuned by Roock in Germany. 54K miles. The cost is between $36K and $40K- not finalized.

US-spec model bought here http://www.cars-intl.com/Porsche/porsche-index.html
then imported. Currently licensed in Washington state.
