I received my set 2 days ago and I am proud of my German fellow Holger. he did a great job. Thanks again for putting this group buy together.

Here in Houston there is no staples to buy the "tack-it". Can you please specify this product in more detail that I can search for an alternative or give me other product recommendations?

Thanks.
Erik

It's basically a tacky gum like substance, putty like.

I think that would look good, but that would lead to replacing the shifter and hand brake too!!!

I bought a Porsche crest for my stock SW to complete the look. Can't wait to get my rings and see how it looks together.

My e-brake is leather/aluminum/wood and so is the shifter. I may have to try a photo-chop job.

Just arrived!!!!!!

Look great!!!!!

Car is in storage...so install will have to wait. I am impressed by the ignition cover...solid aluminum...not a hollow cover!!

You can also use earthquake putty. It should be available at your local hardware store.

Carmen,
Where did you get those. They look like the CF ones i have in my turbo. Looking for wood for my C2, exactly what I was looking for.

I'm back from my trip. I will send an email to Holger and get an update on the remaining 5 orders. I'm glad everyone is happy with their purchases. Nice look in the car as well based on the few pictures I've seen from you guys. When you get them mounted on your cars, make sure you show them off to everyone else. Cheers.

It's a longshot, but does anyone who bought a set of these rings happen to want to part with them? If so, I'd be interested. Thanks.
