Picked mine up tonight ... Registered mail via Luftpost: the rings have a brushed finish for the subdued look that was hoped for. Now, I have to find that blue or green play dough stuff to mount them.
Greg, thanks for making this happen.

Unfortunately I am one of the 5 guys that have to wait a bit longer, Holger received several bad sets of rings from the supplier and it did not pass his quality check.
No problem - I can wait. We want the best looking and quality rings in our Porsches!

first THANK YOU Greg for stepping up and putting this " group buy " together .
To install ignition plate just unscrew old one and screw new plate in . For the rings 15 minutes to install with adhesive . Just make sure the adhesive you use does not have acetone( like fake fingernails glue ) because it would eat the black paint off the surrounding areas .
All that is left on my winter projects list is to reinstalled front bumper with RS splitters and "S" ducts .which i will do Monday or Tuesday afternoon . Oh and getting standard seat back from getting remanufacture into new leather sport seats .
Cheers Guy

I got the tack it 'gum' from Staples, $2.50 for 8 pcs and I used about an 1/8 of one pc.
I will take a quick pic. It definitely livens up the interior.
My car has a beige / black interior w/ aluminum and the light wood on the shifter and e-brake. Not over done but does give it a nice look. I am debating what else I can do to the interior, without going overboard and to bling'ish per say.

I received the order last week. Great product and service. I believe tack it is the best way to go. It will not leave any residue if/when you need to remove them. Can't wait to install it. I'd like to get the silver hand brake and shifter. Where did you all get yours?

I got my hand brake and shifter from Gert at Carnewal and also had to wait a little longer because I wanted it blue leather to match the rest of interior otherwise he is very quick you can have it delivered at your door within a week or so .
