Great idea here! Most posts make me want to spend money, now is the chance to make it back, right?? I am a 10 year vetern in sales at Champion Porsche/Audi in South Florida. I sell mostly Audis, and have had every model over the years, but my favorite is the one from the dark side - my 98 993 (BlackBird)!!!

If I can help with anything P-car or Audi related, I am happy to lend a hand. Maybe a question about purchasing an Audi, or anything, please let me know how i can help out. It goes without saying, if you do need a new Audi or Porsche, we are the largest around, and we ship cars around the nation, so again I would be happy to help out anyone.
Try me - bryanc@champion-motors.com or directly @ 954-509-2403

Hope to hear from y'all. Many thanks for all the invaluable info from each and every post!

Bryan

My fun job is high school basketball coach. I also ref basketball as well

I give money away for a living, so I suspect I may get a fair number of requests for networking. I'm VP of a large national foundation, focusing on kids and families. Over the years, I've done everything from family therapy to running a school for kids with emotional problems to teaching grad school to running juvenile corrections for a state system (I need to take a nap now).

I am a senior (at least I think so) partner in a consulting firm. I run a business unit within this partnership that provides professional services to the United States Air Force (an interesting organization) and major DoD defense contractors (very interesting organizations).

Had I to do it over again, I would have tried harder in high school/college football as I still dream to play in the NFL. Short of that goal, if I had to do it over again, I would have focused more on writing. I love the idea of the movie "Misery" - you and the pen in a remote mountain cabin writing your prose without all the typical pressures and people problems many of us face on a day-to-day basis.

I'll chime in even though I'm not in the 993 brotherhood... yet!

I work as an assistant engineer in the Champ Car Atlantic Championship for Walker Racing. I did the same for Newman Wachs Racing last year. Before that I worked for the number 1 business incubator/engineering consulting firm in Indiana.

Wow,...this is REALLY a fascinating thread.

Over the years, I've spoken to many of you on the phone so its fun to put a vocation(s) by the name. Matt D; I love your work!!!!

I suppose its somewhat obvious what I do for a living, however for the uninitiated, I make Porsches "better",.....Think of me as a "Facilitator of the Slippery Slope".

What a mix of talents!

I have been a trademark attorney for almost 25 years. In-house for international corporations for 10 years and the rest in private practice.
