Default PPI in Orange County, California

Hi, I am thinking of purchasing a 993 in Orange County, and I got 2 recommendations for PPI in Orange County
1. Auto Strasse Corp
2. Hergesheimer Motorsport
Any of you have any experience with those places? Any recommendations.

Thanks

Hergesheimer is an excellent shop.... My sons and I have had them service three 993's and a 930 over the last three years... no complaints..no affiliation...

2. Hergesheimer Motorsport-heard many good things about them... Also, an OCR PCA sponsor.
What part of OC?

Hergesheimer's is a good shop. I wasn't too impressed with Auto Strasse. They serviced and did the PPI on my car and missed some stuff.

There's also Autowerks Inc. in Huntington Beach. Talk to Bruce, very knowledgable.

Isn't there also a good place called "Aase" (SP)? Don't know if they do PPIs, but they may be convenient for you...

Randall Aase Motors in Fullerton. Great on the older cars through the 993s. I have known Jeff the owner for 14 years.

I would use Hergie's for a 996 and later car, altho they are excellent on the earlier cars as well.

Try Truspeed Motorcars in Costa Mesa. They have a pretty good selection of 993's most of the time.

Good luck
