Question 996 solid turbo twists 17x9 and 17x7 what are they worth??

Was looking at a pair of solid spoke turbo twist wheels

17x7 and 17x9 (offset 55mm on both)


--> what are they worth? minor scuff marks


would appreciate some "home expert" opinions and fast replies !!!

If you mean the 996/Boxster 17" 'twist' wheels, I'd say somewhere in the $500 - $700 range. My 993 came with these and I promptly sold them to a Rennlister for somewhere around $600 at the end of '05. If it helps, the usual offset for the 18" turbo twists are 52mm front and 65mm rear (8" & 10" widths respectively).

If you're looking at the one's Andreas had, where are you? You can buy mine. I will be reasonable.

Are they factory or replicas? Perfect shape, factory, maybe $800 for the set? Need refinishing? I'd say closer to $500. Unless the tires are new or nearly new. Make sure they are straight if you buy them; take them to a tire place and have them spin them for you and watch to see if it hops up and down. These are not rims that are in particular demand.
