The car is certainly loud, as you can hear every whistle, whine, gear noise, intake suction, etc. Lets put it this way: one day over the weekend I took the car for a drive... and a short time later got into my C2S and the C2S was like being in a Lincoln Town Car.

I don't have any sound deadening either and I just love those whines & whistles.
Your project really is a quick one, moving forward fast!

Sounds wonderful, doesn't it Finn?
Car went to the body shop this morning for front and rear bumperette removal, headlight washer removal, splitter and wing painting. Will be there about a week. I plan on stopping by there daily to take pics.
Still waiting on the WORK RPMs to show up, and the exhaust...all down hill from there.

Oh yes it does.
I'd be interested to hear & see details about the nozzle and rear bumperetter removal. I still have mine and will have them removed but some body shops seem little confused and photos would help.

Finn-
I plan on stopping by the body shop daily to take pics and monitor the progess, so I'll be sure and post them as it happens. I'm not sure why your body shop is confused?? FWIW, the body shop I am using said they are going to plastic weld the F/R bumperette holes, and NOT simply bondo them.

Welding certainly, especially for the rear, is the way to go. I've already done my front so that's not the problem but I do want to take out the nozzles.
TIA for the photos.

Random shots from the first day at the body shop.
Finn-
Let me know if there are any particular shots your body shop may need for your issues. I will be by there daily and will try and get the shots you need and post them for you.

Couple of things Rob. If you want a track car, you might consider removing the aluminum bumper guards all together with the shocks. At a minimum in the back, your will need to remove the pop-rivets that hold the rear aluminum bracket that mounts the bumperettes.
Where are the Supercups???

Thanks Bob. The aluminmum brackets have already been removed that hold the bumperettes in the rear. A grinder was being taken to the rivets that hold them on the bumper as I was leaving the body shop. The holes are bing filled on the F/R bumpers. The crash bars and supports will be drilled...I just cant bring myself to remove them. The car will still be driven on the street, although limited.
The exhaust is on its way from DACH...X-Pipes and some custom lightweight cans for mufflers (if you can really call them that...lol!) All that nasty heat shielding will also be gone...trust me, it will look very nice when its all finished.

Crap! I was looking forward to seeing the holes where the headlight nozzles go. I've been wanting to just buy a ten-cent plug and spray paint it. But unfortunately, the hole isn't round, so a plastic plug probably won't work.
