The Racedeck pieces have a raised checkered pattern underneath with cutouts to allow water to drain.
That's from their marketing materials, isn't it?

I'd love to see a fluid proof, jack proof tile system.

Just buy some jackstands with the bottom plate if you dont have access to a welder. I would suggest that for any prepared garage floor - painted, tiled, carpeted.

here's the link

I spoke to Gavin in the delaware location. He said he'd match the $1.60/tile on a size order. I ordered 500 tiles.

Quality seems good although I havent done a side by side comparo to Race deck. I didnt ask about any warranty. If you bust a tile, you can always snap a new one in.

I don't hose out my shop so water isn't a factor for me. Just sweep and I'm done.
This stuff is tough and easy to clean. For those worried about dirt getting in the cracks you can vacuum if you want to. As for fluids, I R/R'd the engine/trans in my car and didn't have large fluid spills. Not sure why I'd worry about the Exxon Valdez factor... If I did have such an accident I could simply pull up some tiles and clean.
My flooring is the same stuff but I bought it via Costco. Same price per sq. ft when it was on sale. Only difference is I didn't have the color choices LT1's supplier offers! Dang.
