Brake pedal hardness is normal, this is how it comes, and it does not fade.
but pedal travel is very short, isn't it?
what do you mean by shutter in reverse. is it the brake pedal or the car? can you be more precise pls.
What does the a/c do? is the compressor turning when you turn the A/c on?
is hot air coming out or no air?

1 brake pedal travel is VERY short, so bakes are AOK then
2 car shutters but its not drastic just very faint but noticable
3 hav not check to see if compres is turning on and with air set to recycling mode it seems to blow cabin air. I assume to turn on AC you press one of the snowflake buttons and have the temp switch turned to the blue dot.

I don't like your answer number 2,
if you could be more elaborative. try in a long clear empty road to reverse with a hand on the lever,
at a slow pace, pull the lever to neutral while looking on the rear road, do not apply on the brakes,
while the car is in motion, does it shutter while the car is reversing in neutral ????
try the same thing in a down slope in neutral with engine on (for braking), does it shutter?

I want to know if the car shutters from the brakes or not.
in tiptronic, the car reverses without necessarily pressing on the gas on a plain.
automatically you control your rear speed with the brakes, is this where it shutters?

for the A/C just press the large snow flake and cold air should pump out in 10-30 secs

Did you buy the car from a private seller or a dealer? If dealer, have you addressed the A/C issue?
