As previously mentioned, unfortunately for you as the seller it is priced too high given the market. The only S cars selling in that price range are original super low mile cars. I was in the market recently so like to think I have a feel for it.
Don't get me wrong, its a beautiful car. My advice would be to return it to stock, put it on for mid forties then sell the aftermarket parts separately. You'll sell the car in a minute and get close to your price by selling the parts.

if the miles are correct and the condition is as advertised, this price is right on target.
if someone can find a 993tt with similar miles and condition for $60k (as posted in this thread), please PM me and i will buy it... doesnt exist. people often make this comparison, but you have to look at apples to apples. you can buy a poorly maintained, higher mileage 993tt for $60k, but you will be more like $70k for similar condition/mileage

Here's a couple

You can't really say what condition these cars are in but they are TT's with less than 50k miles and oh, about 100+ hp more. If it were me, I would definitely look at these cars as well..... As far as the 98C2S listed here, very nice, good luck.

I think the prices of late model 993's is very elastic for many reasons. There are def people that realize what the 98 C2S represents as far as the history of the 911 goes and are prepared to pay a premium for it. But you can of course get a very similar car for less money but down the road it wont be a 98 C2S. Good luck on the sale, hopefully it finds a good home.
Of course here in Vancouver a reasonable 97/98 C2S goes for 70-72K CAD (62K USD), and during the non-winter months they never sit in the dealer for very long.

Thanks for the input...I think my long weekend with Chris (from Rennlist) and a stable of Porsches here in North Carolina have convinced me to keep the garage queen....btw, I know of one that just sold with 45k miles for $54k in FL.

Congrats... you're doing the right thing. Although what you were going to replace her with was way cool... I stilll think you've made the right decision. Chris is a great guy and glad he talked to you...
BTW, now you will probably get a flood of inquiries on the beauty.
